GENERAL INFO

The dress code is smart / casual but not scruffy. Smart Ath-leisure sportswear is fine also, sweatpants or shell suits aren’t. Trainers & shorts are fine as long as they’re smart. Bum bags are fine.

Most importantly it’s how you carry yourself and your attitude. Bad attitudes aren’t welcome in life and equally so at a BassJam event.

• No shell suits or sweatpant style bottoms. Smart Athletic-eisure is fine (see JD Sports website for examples of what is good to wear).

• No football shirts

• No offensive/drug related  t-shirts

• No man bags (male or female)

• No large bags or rucksacks

And wear a smile – smile’s are good. Generally, adhere to the above list and you’ll be fine.

BassJam operate a cashless system and all drinks will need to be purchased by tokens. There will be numerous token booths on site to purchase tokens, which will be clearly marked and operating throughout the event. These tokens can only be used to purchase drinks at the specific event they were bought at, and not transferable between events.
There will be a minimum purchase of 5 tokens per order. Drinks tokens are non refundable.

There are no cash machines available on site. Chip & Pin is available at the token booths

We have lockers on site for you to safely store your belongings. You can pre-book your lockers via: www.skiddle.com

Disabled customers are welcome at BassJam. All arenas are accessible for disabled customers. There will be a number of disabled toilets on site.

BassJam does not sell bottles of water with the lids on and all lager and cider bottles are opened before going over the bar.

There are two genuine reasons for this. An unopened drinks vessel is heavy and can travel far if thrown and do damage if it lands on someone and an unopened vessel, if stood on, will roll and can lead to injury. We’re just thinking of you.

There is free drinking water from the welfare area should anyone feel dehydrated
